1. RESERVATION: the booking is to be considered as processed after we received the deposit. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we get the full deposit amount.
2. PAYMENT: we require a minimum of 30% of the total amount as a deposit. The balance must be paid cash on the arrival day. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
3. CANCELLATION: cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date will be refunded for 50% of the deposit amount. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival will not be refunded at all.
4. ARRIVAL: accommodation is avalaible between 12,00 AM and 1,00 PM on the day of arrival and must be left no later than 9,00 AM on the day of departure. In case of delayed arrival please let us know as soon as possible.
For any other request, out-of-schedule times, we require prior agreements.
In the case of late arrival or anticipated departure, there will be no refunds. At the arrival customers must provide passports or ID card for the check-in.
5. HOUSE RULES: maximum number of guests who can be accommodated are indicated in the general description of every apartment, children are considered as adults.
Object damages must be refunded totally. Rest hours are from 1,00 PM to 4,00 PM and from 11,00 PM to 8,00 AM, during these hours quiet must be respected.
6. PETS: pets are not allowed in the property with no exceptions.
7. DEPARTURE: the apartment must be left before 9,00 AM on departure day and guests must leave it clean and tidy as found, otherwise you will be charged with the full cleaning cost.
8. CLEANING: if you don't want to provide the final cleaning by yourself, we can do it for you. Cleaning fees are: Apartment type A: € 48; B: € 45; C/D: € 60.
In any case, we expect you to leave kitchenware clean, the fridge empty and no trash whatsoever in the property.
9. LINEN: we do not provide sheets, towels, linen or pillowcases.
